Hi James. I trust this email finds you well. It's been a long while since we last corresponded.

I think you'll be glad to know that the wind turbine I purchased from you is still running well, 

although the blades still develop the odd stress cracks.

I want to reduce the height of the pole on which the turbine is mounted. This entails reducing the length of cable as well.  

I cannot find my installation instructions, and need to know where and how the cable is attached at the top of the pole. 

Can you please assist.
